Organic Methods
I created an adventurous, fantasy-like playful design at this children's
garden and dining patio. Edible gardens, Hugelkultur composting bio-friendly
raised vegetable bed, sustainable recycled materials, reclaimed
Grey Water irrigation, ensuring drainage with a Bioswale and
dry well/Rain Garden, walkable ground cover were core concepts.
Privacy and Family Entertaining
An urban garden designed for intensive use, a food prep station close to
guests, relaxing in a lush private garden, chef's garden and individual
rooms were goals for a Chef and his wife. A mesh fence, covered
with vines and exotic flowering ginger plants, provides separation.

Making this a creative, fun and safe play space, with changing kid's art full of discovery and wonder was our primary concept. Kid's play stations set up for different activities make clean up easy.
